Prior to your first office visit

Our professional staff will be happy to schedule your appointment at a time that is convenient for you.  They will provide you with information about the unique experience you will enjoy at our clinic.  They will even be happy to take your health history over the phone and begin the insurance verification process to make your time with the doctors more effective. 

Day 1

On your first day, we will explore your entire health history to uncover your health needs.  Our highly trained staff will walk you through a series of health questionnaires, examinations and tests that will provide our doctors with a foundation for their recommendations.  The doctors will decide what and if any treatment can begin on that day.

Day 2

On your second visit to the clinic, our doctors will meet with you to review your exam findings,  and provide you with recommendations and options for care.  We will also provide you with a written report including your treatment recommendations and diagnosis.  Our administrative staff will also review an estimate of the cost of your care and offer flexible financial arrangements to meet your needs.  You will find our approach to be fresh, innovative and, most of all, helpful.

Because your care plan is designed to help meet YOUR goals, we ask that you interact with our doctors to help them determine the best course to meet those needs.  We encourage you to bring a spouse, parent or anyone that may be involved in helping you make those healthcare decisions to this visit.
